WHAT IS EPiC?

EPiC Youth is First EPC's fellowship and training program for 6th - 12th graders. Here we grow in our understanding of being in Christ, a gifted part of the church, and one who brings the Kingdom of God into all of life. Our goal is that students will be well prepared to lead in church and life.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Matthew 28:19-20

WILL I FIT IN?

You belong here. You are part of a family on a journey to discover how you can uniquely live like Jesus. Sometimes it requires blasting someone with a nerf dart, sometimes challenging yourself to tear down walls, and sometimes it means practicing how to worship God in all of life.

IDENTITY. BELONGING. PURPOSE.

WHAT WE OFFER

Youth Group is on Wednesday afternoon from 4pm-6pm. We start with fun and end with fun while sandwiching some sincere devotion to Jesus in between. We meet most Wednesdays throughout the year except for major holidays. And with parent permission, we might leave the church for a movie or other activity.

Sunday School occurs once a month, usually on the second Sunday, beginning with lunch at 11:30am. We then have three 45-minute learning sessions and one gaming session. It all wraps up by 3pm for pick-up.

Service opportunities happen throughout the year. We have served at the Kokomo Rescue Mission, testing nerf blasters. We've played games with new friends at Waterford Place. We also hope to have a mission trip three out of four years, including one international experience.
